A mortgage is, or in most cases will be, the biggest write-off on your current account, so that needs attention. Insurance is a complex product; you don’t actually notice the value of insurance until you actually have a loss.
With me you will find that advisor who takes you on a quest to find solutions to your financial needs and the security of a good product. I always strive to find a good combination of price and product. This is where it starts, after this good service, care and accessibility are central.
I would like to welcome you to my company, Van den Boer and Roggen Financial Advice, as a total relationship, with the goal of proving my added value to you again and again and convincing you that our cooperation ensures a win-win situation for both of us.

Since March 1, 2014, I have been working at this family-owned company in the Mortgage Back Office.
After more than 23 years in the notary profession, I made the move to the financial world. All these years I have mainly dealt with transfers and mortgage deeds. With this experience it is very nice to assist people who need financing!
Besides work, I keep busy with singing, sports and, of course, with my faithful four-legged friend named Joep (an English Cocker Spaniel). He comes to the office with me from time to time and can call himself “office dog” on these days. He likes to tell his own story which you can read below.
Let me introduce myself, my name is Nico Arts. Born and raised in Weert. Since November 1, 2018 I have been working for team VDBR. In my spare time you can find me every Sunday on the soccer field, furthermore I like to listen to music , love good food and travel to the beautiful places in the Netherlands and around the world.
I can be of service in both mortgage and insurance areas.
In my opinion, a good relationship starts with a good conversation. What are your wishes and what is your personal situation? From this basis I look for your opportunities and possibilities in the field of insurance. I am happy to have this conversation with you in order to provide you with honest and appropriate advice. And as far as I am concerned it doesn’t stop there, in the future I will gladly assist you if there are changes in your personal situation or in case of damage.

My name is Linda Scholten, born in Amsterdam, raised in Valkenswaard. I enjoy working with and for people and have had the opportunity to work in various places through my sports training. In 2010 I made the switch to apply my talents in financial services and have had the pleasure of being part of this fine team at Van den Boer and Roggen Financial Advice since 2016. It suits me very well.
In my position as a claims handler, I still get to work with and for people! Together with my colleagues, we try to assist our clients as best we can in the, sometimes, difficult moments in life.
My name is Luuk Op Heij. I have been part of team VDBR since May 2021, after working as a financial advisor elsewhere for 5 years.
For me, every mortgage is customized. After all, everyone’s situation is different. Helping and guiding clients through this process is what makes my work as a financial advisor so fun and challenging. From start to finish, I strive to live up to your expectations, in which a critical note and some humor from time to time are just as important.
You can wake me up at night to go on a faraway trip. Every year I try to discover the beautiful places on this globe. Furthermore, I love a cozy evening with family and friends and every now and then I immerse myself in learning/updating the Spanish language.

After having lived in several provinces, in 1999 I settled in the pleasant and Burgundian province of Brabant. Cycling and walking, I enjoy the beautiful, varied nature – and of course I do not skip a stop at a cozy pub.
My career began in brokerage. After that I worked for many years at a bank as a financial advisor and quality officer. Since December 1, 2019, I have enjoyed being part of the team at VDBR.
Arranging a mortgage is a big step. Whether you are buying a house, renovating, taking a surplus value or refinancing your mortgage – I am happy to help you. But also if you have questions about financial security in case of death, disability or building up a little extra for later, for example through an annuity, you have come to the right place.
Let me introduce myself, my name is Rik Geven. I was born on May 25, 1992 in Weert. In January 2020 I completed my commercial education and was able to take my first steps within the financial services industry. From November 1, 2020 I joined Van den Boer and Roggen Financial Advice.
I worked for years in the hospitality industry and what really appealed to me here is the personal contact with the guests. The social aspect and helping people is an important motivation for me and this is where my strengths lie. I think that my talents can come to their full advantage in this industry and the working method and vision of VDBR fit in perfectly with this.
We’ll talk soon!

The new generation of Rays!
Hello, my name is Yvo Roggen! My interest in financial services was sparked at an early age by my father, Frank. After two years of work experience at an insurance company, it was time for the next step: I want to work at Van den Boer and Roggen!
What appeals to me most about our work is the personal contact. It gives me great satisfaction to help people with their difficult issues and reach solutions together. My motto: “Difficult does not mean impossible!”
Initially, I will be your contact person for non-life insurance. But I’m also getting ready to guide you through the mortgage process soon – I can’t wait to help you with this!
In my free time I can be found on the slopes in Austria or playing soccer on the field. I look forward to helping you with your financial questions and becoming a trusted point of contact. See you soon!
My name is Joep, I am an English Cocker Spaniel and live with my friend Linda Kemeling. Perhaps you already know her or have just read what she is doing at VDBR.
Usually Linda gets on her bike to work in the morning and I guard our place in Eindhoven. Linda has arranged for a very sweet “walking service lady” to pick me up and I am away from home for several hours to run and play in the woods with other four-legged friends.
But there are also days when Linda puts my bike trailer behind her bike. And then the roof goes off: I can come along to the office, yippee!
I have my own office bag with toys, a blanket and lots of treats. Yes, on those days I am the office dog at VDBR. Linda’s colleagues also like it when I am there. I regularly come to give them a hug.
And should you have a moment in the office, I’ll give you a hug, too. But if you don’t like that, Linda will make sure I stay neatly in my place.
In the afternoon we go for a nice walk and then I take another nap. In short, I am having a great time at VDBR!

Hello, we are Bo (with the brown ears) and Finn, 2 Golden Retriever brothers. We came to live with Linda Scholten and her family as puppies since January 2022. A hectic but oh so fun time it was, but once we were housebroken things became a little more relaxed. Now we are spoiled with a walk in the woods every day (sometimes twice) and we can really enjoy that. We also get to go on vacation with you!
Sometimes we are also allowed to come along to the office, then we are thrilled and enjoy all the attention. Clients also get a more than enthusiastic welcome.
